Ingredients:
1 liter of water (filtered)
1 lemon
1/8 tablespoon sea salt
Method:
Take a pitcher and fill it with water.
Cut the lemon into half; squeeze half of the lemon in the pitcher and then slice thin pieces of the other half and add it to the water.
Add sea salt. Mix it well and let it sit overnight.
